The Food Bank supports 20 agencies in Spartanburg County including Greater Spartanburg Ministries, Miracle Hill Mission, Helping Hands Ministry of Woodruff, Inman First Baptist, Pacolet Mills Church of God, Cowpens Church of God and Second Presbyterian Soup Kitchen.
 
The Food Bank is actively searching for a branch site in Spartanburg County.
 
Spartanburg County has seven Backpack programs supported by Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina serving children at Inman Elementary, Inman Intermediate and Holly Springs Elementary, Mabry Middle, Campobello-Gramling, New Prospect Elementary and Chapman High.
