The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)
Through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina is the distributor of USDA products to those in need in nine counties in North Carolina – Anson, Burke, Catawba, Cabarrus, Gaston, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Rutherford and Stanly and five counties in South Carolina – Cherokee, Lancaster, Spartanburg, Union and York.
